Sunday, July 21 Tagajo 1300th anniversary commemorative project "Todai-ji Temple Summit 2024 in Tagajo" will be held!

15 municipalities involved in the construction of Todaiji Temple will gather at Tagajo to commemorate the 1300th anniversary of its foundation.
The Todai-ji Temple Summit is a summit held in which municipalities closely related to the construction and reconstruction of Todaiji Temple gather to deepen friendship and cooperation among the constituent municipalities, and to create an attractive and unique community that protects or utilizes the local history and Cultural Heritage.

This year, the 1300th anniversary of Taga Castle's founding, a summit will be held at Taga Castle. As an attraction, you can enjoy performances on the theme of "prayer" by professional soprano singers and piano players, and it is also a very valuable opportunity to listen to lectures by Todaiji Temple Betto.
