Taga Castle, which was founded in 724 and was the base of politics and culture in ancient Tohoku, has celebrated its 1300th anniversary this year.
To commemorate this, for the first time, eight ancient castle fences in Tohoku collaborated to create a castle seal commemorating the 1300th anniversary of Taga Castle.

Participating castle fences of the castle mark include Taga Castle (Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture), Haraida Fence (Daisen City, Akita Prefecture), Isawa Castle (Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture), Shiwa Castle (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture), Tokutan Castle (Yahaba Town, Iwate Prefecture), Kinowa Fence (Shibata City, Yamagata Prefecture), Oshika Fence (Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture), and Iji Castle (Miyagi (Kishi Matsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture).

From Tuesday, October 1, we distribute castle seal of each castle fence in each local government facility. The only castle mark to be distributed is the castle mark of each castle fence. (Tagajo City distributes only the Tagajo Castle seal.)
The castle seal is limited to 1300 each castle fence. For inquiries about stock, please contact your local government.
